1. What the Service is

ORION Scan ("Service") is a subscription-based market analytics / screening software that processes real-time data of the Indian equity (NSE F&O) market and shows volume-spurt and breakout candidates.

What it is NOT: This service is not investment advice, research recommendations, buy/sell tips, or portfolio management. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. No card/alert should be treated as a trade recommendation.

2. User's responsibility

Every trade/investment decision and its complete risk is solely yours.
Securities market investments are subject to market risks — always consult your SEBI-registered advisor.
Intraday/derivatives trading can lead to substantial losses. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
You must be 18 years or older.

3. Subscription & Access

Once payment is confirmed, an access key is issued (manual verification — usually within a few minutes).
One key = one user. Sharing or reselling a key violates the licence — access can be terminated without a refund.
Access stops by itself on plan expiry. There is no auto-debit.

4. Data & Uptime

Data comes from a regulated, Indian broker-grade real-time feed. Delays or outages caused by exchange/broker/network issues are possible. We make a best effort on uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Outside market hours (Mon–Fri, 9:15–15:30 IST) the service runs in limited mode.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as-is". For any loss, our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid. We will not be liable for trading losses, missed trades, data delays, or technical issues.

6. Fair Use

Scraping, reverse-engineering, or commercially redistributing the Service is prohibited. Doing so will terminate access immediately.

7. Changes

Terms may be updated anytime — the date on this page will change. Continued use means you agree to the updated terms.

8. Law

Indian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
